    Lead Partners / Intermediaries

A lead partner is an organization that takes a potential new school from concept to creation and implementation.  A lead partner recruits a potential new school leader and provides intensive support, starting in the planning year, to forge a deep understanding of the organization's instructional model.  Post-opening, a lead partner provides a scope of services, including various support for teachers in implementing your organization's model, continuous principal leadership development, and providing ongoing, imbedded professional development to the school, to ensure high quality student learning and performance.

Your new potential school leader must participate in the Design and Development process.  Please contact Ami Patel at APatel3@schools.nyc.gov if you have any further questions.
