Elementary/Middle School

2008-09 comprehensive data verification timeline

Key upcoming dates

July 17th: Final date to correct data in ATS, HSST and CAP for inclusion in 2009 accountability determinations.
July 22nd: Final date for schools to certify NCLB/SED accountability data on the data specialists sharepoint site.
August 4th: Final AVR's to be available on nySTART. Schools must save these final verification reports prior to August 10th as they will be deleted.

High School

2008-09 comprehensive data verification timeline

Key upcoming dates

- September 4: Final day to make graduation and summer school data changes in source systems (ATS/HSST /CAP) for inclusion in the 2005 Graduation Cohort for NCLB/SED determinations in 2009-10
