PS 127Q values the support of our parents.  The academic, social, and emotional success of a child is enhanced with strong home/school support.  As such we invite all of our parents to get involved in their child's education.  In addition to speaking with your child's teachers and the school administration, take a few minutes to visit the resources below.  These resources offer ideas and suggestions for parents.  If additional resources are needed, please contact Ms. Hamilton (Parent Coordinator) or your child's teacher. 
  • The Queens Special Education Parent Center (QSEPC)
    The mission of QSEPC is to promote in the community and school system attitudes and practices that are inclusive to persons with disabilities, who are culturally and linguistically responsive to diversity, as well as ensuring that parents are knowledgeable of their rights and responsibilities under the Individuals with Disability Education Act “(IDEA”) and other statutes and regulations.
