Letters have gone out regarding school uniforms.  It is important that students come to school dressed in the school uniform if no exemption letter has been completed.  We have provided locations as to where uniforms can be purchased.  Please help to enforce this policy by making sure that your child come to school dresses according to our uniform policy. 

       It is very important to update your child's blue card.  If there is any person that should be on the blue card then please update the card in the school main office. Also, update phone numbers for the School Messenger service.  Please contact Ms. Faratro or Ms. Deninno regarding School Messenger.


       Datacation – Please make sure you are accessingyour child’s information. Datacation was purchased with parent Title I money and should be checkedregularly.  Many parents still havenot accessed their child’s profile, please do so immediately.  If you have any problems, contact ourTechnology Coach, Ms. Deninno at extension 5162.



        Advanced Regents Program (ARP) and Special Program(SP) Classes – Students who areplaced in ARP and SP classes must maintain an 80 or higher average in ARP and a75 or higher average in SP, throughout the course of the school year. Studentsmust also maintain a satisfactory (S) grade in conduct, in all subjects.  If students are not meeting theserequirements, they can be removed from either program.   

       Datacation – Please log on to view your child’s current grades andattendance.  Parents who do nothave an access ID or password, should contact Ms. Dennino at (718) 848-0001ext. 5161. 

   



The school day begins PROMPTLY at 8:00.  All students are expected to come to school on time every day.  Excessive lateness and absences will result in missed school work and will be referred to the attendance teacher. Please bring in a note if your child is  absent.
