Dear Parents/Guardians,
November is here and it is report card time already. Tuesday, November 15th is Parent-Teacher Conference Day. The conferences will be held from 12:30pm to 2:30pm, and 5:30pm to 8:00pm. All students will be dismissed at 11:10am. Please arrange for your child to be picked up at that time since the staff members must have lunch and prepare for the afternoon conferences. Report cards will be distributed at these conferences. No report cards will be sent home with students. You must have a meeting with your child's teacher to receive his or her report card.

Emergency blue cards are required for each child in attendance at PS 123Q. We have 95% of lunch forms turned in. If you have not done so, please complete the required form. I want to say thank you for your continued support. Lunch money is due at the beginning of each week.
Please continue to follow our school safety policy. All parents, guardians, and visitors must show photo identification when visiting the building. All visitors must go to the main office once you have signed in at the School Safety desk. Teachers are here to instruct your students therefore, no parents, guardians, or visitors are allowed to enter classrooms without the consent of the Principal or the Assistant Principals during instructional time. Parents are not permitted to the main office before 8:30am for safety purposes.
