Dear Parents/ Guardians,
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Tuesday afternoon March 15th from 12:30pm - 2:30pm and from 5:30pm - 8:00pm. Report cards and the school survey will be distributed at these conferences. Parents who complete and return the survey to Ms Paupaw or a copy of the electronic receipt will be entered in a weekly drawing. The survey is quite important for the school Progress Report. Please be sure to meet with all of your child's teachers. With your support, we will maintain our "B" standing or achieve an "A".
Tuesday, March 15th is a half-day for all students. Dismissal will be at 11:15am for all students.
The Book Fair will be held in the Library from March 14th - March 18th. Please support our efforts to prompt reading.
Please remember to call the school to make an appointment to meet with any school personnel even the Principal. As the Principal, I am not available to see parents as they appear in the office. You must have an appointment to see teachers, Guidance Counselor, Assistant Principals, and Principal. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Lunch money is due each Monday. It is important that you pay any money that is owed. We will continue to send payment due notices to those of you that have an outstanding balance. Lunch money for children who are designated as having to pay for lunch, must be paid either weekly or monthly. The school cannot assume this financial burden. Please place a money order (P.S. 123Q) or cash in an envelope with your child's name and class clearly labeled.

Double parking during dismissal can be the cause of a serious accident. Please pull your car to the curb. Please
never park in front of the school to dropoff or pick up your child. This area is for school busses only. Also dismissal is on Inwood Street. You will not be allowed to enter through the front door at dismissal.
Daylight Savings time beings on Sunday, March 13th. Remember to set your clocks one hour ahead before going to bed on Saturday.
