School-wide Discipline Code

PS/MS 43 adheres to the New York City Code of Conduct which can be found at http://schools.nyc.gov/RulesPolicies/DisciplineCode/default.htm .  Please note that the following are prohibited:

·        Weapons or the use of any object to hurt another person

·        Bullying

·        Fighting

·        Possession or use of alcohol or any controlled substance

·        Sexual contact, conduct or innuendo

·        Vandalism

The above infractions will result in appropriate disciplinary action.
