Web Design Course outline |
What is FrontPage? FrontPage is a powerful tool used to design, create and publish web sites. You choose the type of web site you want, while FrontPage generates and organizes all the web site documents you need. Then you can fill your web site with the text, pictures, sounds and other features you want your visitors to experience.
By using a tool like FrontPage, creating a web site is now much easier and more intuitive than it was in the past. You can also skip learning HTML (short for Hypertext Markup Language), which is the language or code that web browsers use to present web content.
Objective: At the completion of this course, students should be able to create web pages and websites easily, even with very little web design experience. They will be able to enter text, organize files and folders, create a web-site structure, check hyperlinks on web pages, keep track of task relating to web-site development and run reports to identify potential problems. |
NOTE: HOMEWORK WILL BE ASSIGNED ON A WEEKSLY BASIS.
