The Flushing International High School serves recent immigrants to the United States who are new learners of English. Our goal is to help each student learn to read, write, and communicate fluently in English while also providing opportunities to maintain their native language. We believe that students' native languages, cultures, and families are a resource for the student, the school, and society. Students will use what they learn at the Flushing International High School to become successful academically and professionally.
