Arts Programs

     P.S. 205 has many arts progams. We have three music teachers all with very different roles.
    
  • Ms. Yelena Samolecelb is our chorus teacher. She has created many original operas with our students and teaches music appreciation.
  • Ms. Sherri Mylnarski also teaches music appreciation. She teaches the recorder to our third grade students and composes her own music.
  • Mr. John Iacometta is our orchestra teacher. In addition to conducting our school orchestra, he also has a kindergarten violin program.
  • In addition to our music progrm, we have a fine arts teacher who creates original works of art with her students.
