Student Social Responsibilities

1. Respect and work cooperatively with everyone in the school community.
2. Always respect school property and keep it clean.
3. Keep your hands and your feet to yourself.
4. Use appropriate behavior and carry a pass when walking in the hallways without your class or teacher.
5. Leave cell phones, game devices, music players, toys and any other items of value at home.

Consequences for Social Responsibilities
*Violent behavior begins consequence sequences at the 5th offense level.

1st offense- Receive verbal warning from teacher or staff member.

2nd offense- Complete form about the offense and submit it to your classroom teacher.

3rd offense- Attend detention during the next lunch period and complete form about the offense and submit it to your classroom teacher.

4th offense- Attend a meeting with parent, teacher, and assistant principal, start a behavior modification chart, and complete form about the offense and submit it to your classroom teacher.

5th offense- Teacher removal or start in-school suspension.

Student Academic Responsibilities
*Academic responsibilities will be rewarded through incentives and will not be subject to consequence sequence.

1. Come to school prepared to learn everyday.
2. Come to school everyday, on time.
3. Complete all assigned classwork and homework daily.
4. Wear uniform to school everyday.
