To obtain a high school transcript, please send a $5.00 money order made out to:
 
                                             Washington Irving HS

Along with the money order you should include the following information:

1) name used when attending Washington Irving HS

2) date of birth

3) year of graduation or discharge

4) Include the address to where you want the transcript to be mailed.

5) A telephone number where you can be reached.
