The Office of Appeals and Reviews (OAR) hears appeals of pedagogical employees who have received unsatisfactory ratings and probationary pedagogical employees who have been terminated. OAR also hears grievances pertaining to salary and leave issues in accordance with Department of Education Bylaws, regulations and contractual agreements.
