Special Education Student Specific FTE Report


In addition to the hardcopy submission of the Consolidated Fiscal Report, the Department requires student specific enrollment information (FTEs/sessions) for all applicable special education programs. The enrollment information will be satisfied only by electronic submission. An Excel spreadsheet that provides an encrypted and protected method for submitting the enrollment data is accessible through the link above.

    Standard Operating Procedures

    A major initiative of The Division of Financial Operations (DFO) is to work with field and central offices to update and revise existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), as well as adding new titles reflecting current practices and policies established by the Department of Education (DOE). It is a requirement that schools and other DOE facilities implement all regulations contained in the SOP for the purpose of enhancing both the instructional and/or administrative programs at their respective sites.
