Persons seeking supervisory/administrative positions with the New York City Department of Education must hold the appropriate state certification and a Certificate of Eligibility for Supervisory Placement issued by the Division of Human Resources. You may apply for a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) online via the Supervisory Eligibility Pool (SEP) Web site.
