- DAH Consulting, Inc. (DAH)- provides meetings and events planning services for the NYC DOE’s Department of Human Resources’ annual Teacher Recruitment events borough-wide and city-wide (100 to 500+ attendees). DAH’s experienced, client-focused and responsive Meeting & Events Planners coordinate and facilitate the successful execution of Teacher Recruitment weekly/monthly events during the heavy recruitment season months. DAH Meeting & Events Planners perform pre-event activities that include selection of site venues, facilitation of the negotiation/bidding process for the selection of site venues that are the best value for NYCDOE, pre set-up of selected site venues (designing floor plans/special signage and ordering refreshments), shipping materials/supplies and coordinating parking and security. On the day of Teacher Recruitment events, the DAH Meeting & Events Planners finalize the set-up of site venues and stay on site throughout events to assist in the facilitation of registration, manage traffic flow of attendees and to close out events (break down of set-ups and shipping materials to the next scheduled site venue). During the off-peak Teacher recruitment season (mid September through April), the DAH Meeting & Events Planning Team is available to plan and coordinate meetings and events for small, medium and large audiences in other areas of NYCDOE.
