Fingerprinting
Pursuant to Education Law, the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education, and Chancellor’s Regulations C-105, all individuals employed by a contracted vendor and who have direct contact with NYCDOE students are subject to fingerprinting. All Provider employees that come in direct contact with students must undergo a required security clearance procedure as outlined by the city and arranged through the NYCDOE. SchoolFood
SchoolFood presently provides food service to After School Programs in schools when requested by authorized school district personnel and signed by the Principal. For more information, please visit the

Security
Schools can request security on-line for after school programs. The on-line process has been implemented so that schools may request approval to obtain school security coverage from the Integrated Service Center and the NYPD School Safety Division (NYPDSSD) for after school programs directly. The
Extended Use Application Request Form
for Security Coverage is to be filled out by the school.
School Age Child Care
The State regulations governing child care centers requires that all after school programs serving children under the age of 13 obtain a School Age Child Care (SACC) license. For more information, please visit the
