When our twin sons Jaiden and Jarred entered the P224@710 Pre-K program at age 3, they were totally non-verbal. They also did not eat anything other than baby food due to sensory issues. Although there was truly an instructional team approach regarding all the teachers that worked with our sons, Kerry was especially instrumental in getting our sons to both talk and eat more textured foods. We will be forever grateful for the tremendous growth she was able to achieve with our sons who are both on the Autism spectrum. Three years later we still brag to other parents about what she did for our boys. The sweetest words we ever heard was the first time our boys said "I love you". We honestly feel this would not have happened if it was not for Kerry being so diligent in working with them. She created pictorial boards, social story books, and even sent home various oral sensory devices purchased with her own personal funds to assist them in any way she could. We absolutely LOVE HER!!!
