This year's District 75 Technology Showcase will be held on June 10th at 721Q. The showcase allows students and instructors to share and celebrate the year's Best Practices in technology.
We will be showcasing a literacy project from 225. This project is based on Alan Schwartz's Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark and features stop motion animation created in i-Movie. This project was facilitated by Mr. Goings.
We will also be showcasing a Joint Action Routine (JAR) activity from our I98 site. Facilitated by Ms. Tirone, this project features an "Ice Cream Factory" in which students share the jobs and responsibilities involved in maintaining an ice cream parlor. The project uses technology to adapt the activity for all learners.
