Ms. Phillips is my 4th grade teacher at PS 94 in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. She is a great teacher beacause she cares about us and our education. She is always there for us when we need her. She takes us on trips and that motivate us to learn more. Thank you, Ms. Phillips.
