Hello and welcome to all our returning and new students, parents, teachers and staff.  We hope your summer was full of fun in the sun and plenty of rest and lots of special memories.  So are you ready for an exciting new year?  We certainly are.  The P10X Parent Association’s Executive Board is ready to kick this year off full of enthusiasm and anticipation in getting to know you as well as working with  you on issues and topics that are at the forefront of your mind.  We are especially looking forward to working alongside the great staff and educators that will be devoting their time and energy into making our children shine!  So come and meet us today.

Hello everyone.  My name is Nina DeNardo.  I am Co-Secretary of the P10X Parent Association.  My son Sam also attends class here.  He is 7 yrs old and will be returning for his third year.  I am proud to be a part of a wonderful Parent Association team.  Besides addressing issues at 304, we also take the off-site schools under our wings. Hi everyone and welcome to another exciting year at P10X!  My name is Rosa Torres, proud parent of James Torres, who will be entering the 5th grade as part of Ms. Millie’s class.  I am your P10X Parent Association Treasurer.  Our most important main goal once again this year is to get YOU, the parents, grandparents and caregivers involved in more school functions.  We also need your feedback and participation to develop new ideas and incentives to help our children soar this school year!   Your involvement will make all the difference.  Join us and bravely step out to meet and learn about your child’s fellow classmates and make an effort to get to know their parents (who knows, one of these children could be your child’s new or first best friend!).  Together, we can help our kids achieve and succeed!  My e-mail address is rltorres@debevoise.com.  Come check us out… you won’t be disappointed!

 

All school events will be announced in advance to give you
enough time to make arrangements to attend.

 

We cannot stress enough the importance of your attendance at our monthly meetings, open school days/nights, fundraisers and everything in between.  While we understand that everyone’s schedules are different which may make it difficult to make it to some events, we would encourage you to try to attend as many as you can.  It will only benefit you and your child.  You will find them to very informative, helpful and most of all fun!  In order to ensure your child has an awesome school year, we will need your help and participation whenever possible.  Please feel free to contact any one of us on the PA with any concerns you may want to address, questions you have or resources you may be in need of.   Remember these are our children and we need to make sure they get the best education and therapies possible.
