Great Expectations: Partnering for Your Child’s Future

Eighth Grade

Our eighth grade students are learning much more than to read, write, do math, and understand key concepts in science and social studies.

Eighth grade students complete one semester each of two art forms, such as visual arts, dance, music, and theater. They build skills and techniques in the art form; create original works; master the vocabulary and related literature; research the history; and use arts institutions as resources for learning, potential careers, and advanced learning in these fields.
