Freida Foster
Freida D. Foster is a lifelong resident of Harlem, NY. She was appointed by Governor George Pataki in June 2006 as a trustee of the Board of The City University of New York. She serves as a Commissioner for the NYS Worker's Compensation Board where she adjudicates and processes claims and preside in hearings for employers who report injuries and seek supplemental benefits while they recover from various ailments.
