Fordham University

Mission: Through reflection, self-analysis, and the integration of perspectives gained from research and data into schoolwide and classroom practice, each Fordham University PSO school will move toward the “tipping point” at which its culture becomes one of accountability and accomplishment.

The Fordham Graduate School of Education has a 91-year history of leadership in educational research, scholarship, professional training, and direct services to children. Fordham’s support is founded on the Diagnostic Prescriptive approach, an effective method for increasing student performance by using data to assess present status, set goals, and develop a plan to meet those goals. As new data are collected and monitored, the school is able to measure progress and adjust the course as needed. Our principals have ranked us high, in all areas of service, on the Principal Satisfaction Survey.
