The Center for Educational Innovation – Public Education Association (CEI-PEA) is a New York City-based nonprofit organization that creates successful public schools and educational programs. Its staff of experienced leaders in public education provides hands-on support to improve the skills of teachers and school leaders, increase parent involvement, and channel cultural and academic enrichment programs into schools. As a Partnership Support Organization (PSO), CEI-PEA will provide schools with: customized support programs; leadership by a team of highly experienced, New York City-based educators; support from a field team of more than 40 educational specialists; availability 24/7, 365 days of the year.
CEI-PEA utilizes a school support model that is adapted to the needs and challenges of each individual school to help schools meet the specific needs of their students. It follows a school-centered process that is carried out collaboratively with the principal and delivered by specialists who have extensive experience working in the New York City public school system.
